Former Red Sox star Xander Bogaerts still keeps up with his old team.

The Padres shortstop appeared on MassLive.com’s latest episode of the Fenway Rundown podcast and said he has watched Red Sox games already this season.

“I don’t think there’s nothing wrong with that,” Bogaerts said Friday at Atlanta’s Truist Park. “I still have a lot of friends (with the Red Sox). I have no issues with no one over there. Especially if it’s an off day, I have nothing to do, I’ll watch the games. Also, they play before us, which makes it sometimes even better that I’ll be able to watch them before and then get ready for my game. Yeah, I still watch it. I have a lot of guys I still talk to. I have no issues with no one there. I watch baseball 24/7. So I watch different games.”
