Baseball's most valuable franchise doesn't offer free Wi-Fi on the team plane.

The New York Yankees – worth around $6 billion – don't cover the $9 charge by Delta to use internet while flying, according to Stephanie Apstein of Sports Illustrated.

A yearly in-flight Wi-Fi plan for an MLB club costs approximately $40,000, a source told Apstein.
