The Atlanta Hawks (8-5) are set to take on the Milwaukee Bucks (10-2) Monday at Fiserv Forum. Tip-off is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET.
The Hawks experienced a 121-109 loss at the Philadelphia 76ers Saturday, failing to cover as 3-point underdogs. Atlanta was able to surprisingly beat Milwaukee 117-98 at home in their last meeting Nov. 7 despite G Trae Young missing the contest.
The Bucks suffered a disappointing 111-93 loss to the San Antonio Spurs Friday as they fell short of covering as 2-point underdogs with F Giannis Antetokounmpo and G Jrue Holiday sidelined. Milwaukee took down Atlanta 123-115 at home in the 1st meeting this season Oct. 29.

Hawks at Bucks picks and predictions
Prediction
Bucks 116, Hawks 109
Moneyline
The odds for the Bucks (-175) to win are at a spot where I’ll just AVOID taking the moneyline in this game. While I wouldn’t recommend wagering on Milwaukee’s moneyline straight up, it’s fine taking the Bucks to win in a parlay.
Against the spread
With Antetokounmpo expected to return to Milwaukee’s lineup, BUCKS -4.5 (-105) appears to be an ideal wager at home. Milwaukee is also expected to have Allen available, however, Holiday has been ruled out.
The Bucks are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 home games. As for the Hawks, they’ve gone 0-4 ATS in their last 4 road matchups with the Bucks.
Over/Under
OVER 224.5 (-115) is where I’m leaning in this game with Antetokounmpo projected to be back. Both of these teams are in the top half of the league in pace (Hawks are 6th, Bucks are 15th), so both teams are expected to be pushing the ball up the court consistently.
The Over is 5-1 in Atlanta’s last 6 road games. Meanwhile, the Over has hit in 4 of the last 7 meetings between the Hawks and the Bucks.
