The Miami Heat have been linked with several players this offseason, including Kevin Durant and Donovan Mitchell. The Floridians are yet to make a move for any of these stars, and recent rumors suggest they will try to run it back next season with the same cast that reached the Eastern Conference Finals last campaign. 

However, the Heat are always mentioned in trade rumors since they're trying to get better and pair their star duo of Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo with another star to have a better chance at the championship. That said, a name that was linked to them a couple of weeks ago has resurfaced, looking like a good option for the Heat. 

At some point, Kyrie Irving sounded like a good option to join the Heat this summer, but Pat Riley was reportedly focused on landing Kevin Durant instead of his teammate.
