Kylian Mbappe is widely expected to leave PSG this summer, despite the club’s desire to extend his contract. With Real Madrid touted as the most likely destination for the 23-year-old, Paris is preparing for life without the star striker. The club has begun weighing out potential replacements should Mbappe’s dream move to Madrid become a reality. According to Fabrizio Romano, one of their top targets is none other than Manchester United star Marcus Rashford.

Mbappe’s contract is due to expire in June, at which point he’s expected to depart for Madrid on a highly-lucrative new contract. PSG rejected advances from Real Madrid to bring the Frenchman to Spain this past summer, and are now projected to lose him on a free transfer, lest he has a sudden and significant change of heart.
