The Pickswise NFL team are in mid-season form already, going 10-4 on sides on the Sunday Week 1 slate, and 9-4-1 on totals plays. We cashed 4 of our 5 NFL Best Bets too! Our NFL handicapping team predicted some of the day’s big upsets, taking the Rams +5 as they stunned the Seahawks 30-13, while our only 3-star totals pick cashed easily as the Dolphins beat the Chargers 36-34, soaring over the line of 50.5.

The Chiefs remain FanDuel Sportsbook’s Super Bowl favorites at +650 odds (from +600) after their TNF loss to Detroit, but the Eagles are +700 (from +800) after a 25-20 road win over the Patriots. The Bengals were the preseason contenders to suffer the biggest setback on Sunday as they were slumped 24-3 by the Browns and their odds are out to +1300 from +1000. The 49ers are +850 from +1000 after a big win over the Steelers, while the Cowboys embarrassed the Giants 40-0 on Sunday Night Football and are +1100 from +1400.

MLB parlay cashes at +467 odds
The Pickswise MLB team also had a super Sunday, cashing our daily parlay at +467 odds and going 10-5 on picks overall. We also hit on our only MLB Best Bet as the Rangers beat the A’s 9-4 to comfortably cover the run line, and we went 1-0 on MLB props too! That play came in the craziest game of the day between the Brewers and Yankees, which was scoreless for 10 innings before each team scored once in the 11th and twice in the 12th before the Yankees won 4-3 in the 13th!

15-game MLB slate today
Mondays are often a quiet day in the MLB as teams travel between series, but that’s not the case today as we have a big 15-game slate including a doubleheader between the Braves and Phillies. That matchup gets the action started at 1:05 pm ET on NFL Network while Yankees vs Red Sox is on Amazon at 7:10 pm ET. Check out today’s MLB picks.

Stefon Diggs is still one of the best receivers in the game, but if anyone can slow him down it’s Jets corner Sauce Gardner. Aaron Rodgers wasn’t the only big addition New York made on offense this offseason, as they also recently signed Dalvin Cook as well as bringing in some of Rodgers’ receivers from his Packers days. Reigning Offensive Rookie of the Year Garrett Wilson was able to put up gaudy numbers with Mike White and Zach Wilson throwing him the ball last season, so just imagine what he’ll be able to do with Rodgers under center.
