The Boston Bruins and the Arizona Coyotes meet in NHL action from the Mullett Arena on Friday night.

Brad Marchand has 21 points with 8 goals and 13 assists while Taylor Hall and David Krejci each have 20 points with Hall logging 11 goals while Krejci has 12 assists. Linus Ullmark’s gone 15-1 with a 1.92 GAA and a .939 save percentage while Jeremy Swayman’s gone 5-2-1 with a 2.63 GAA and an .899 save percentage this season.

The Arizona Coyotes will try to snap a six-game losing streak after an 8-2 loss to Edmonton last time out. Clayton Keller leads the Coyotes with 22 points including 7 goals and a team-high 15 assists while Shayne Gostisbehere has 18 points with 6 goals and 12 assists. JJ Moser has 13 points with 10 assists while Matias Maccelli has 17 points with 15 assists and Lawson Crouse has a team-high 10 goals on the year. Karel Vejmelka has gone 6-7-3 with a 3.03 GAA and a .912 save percentage while Connor Ingram has gone 1-6-1 with a 4.57 GAA and an .866 save percentage between the pipes for Arizona this season.

Boston is 41-11 in their last 52 games against a team with a losing record and 9-1 in their last 10 games when their opponent allows 5 goals or more in the previous game while the under is 3-1-1 in their last 5 games overall. Arizona is 13-38 in their last 51 home games and 37-86 in their last 123 games overall while the under is 8-1 in their last 9 games against the Eastern Conference.

I get the allure of a home underdog in spots, but this is not one of them in my opinion. You have to go back 12 years for the last time the Arizona Coyotes beat the Boston Bruins, and this Bruins team might be among the best if not the best over that 12-year stretch. The Coyotes are back to doing Coyote things and I don’t want any part of them in their current form. Give me the Bruins -1.5 here.
