Georgian players attacked Turkish wing Furkan Korkmaz while he headed to the locker rooms following his ejection from Sunday's game between the two nations, the Turkish national team said, according to CNN's Homero De la Fuente.

Korkmaz, who plays in the NBA for the Philadelphia 76ers, is representing Turkey at EuroBasket 2022. He was unharmed, De La Fuente reports, citing a source.

Omer Onan, vice president of the Turkish Basketball Federation, said Turkey will withdraw from the competition if FIBA does not release security footage of the incident.
