We previously covered the list of prospects whose NHL rights are set to expire on June 1st, and now that list has been cut by one. The Winnipeg Jets have signed defenseman Tyrel Bauer to a three-year entry-level contract.

Bauer, 20, was the Jets’ sixth-rounder from the 2020 draft and has played the past four seasons with the Seattle Thunderbirds of the WHL.
