Clemson football coach Dabo Swinney’s brother has been arrested in South Carolina and charged with sexual exploitation of a minor.

Henry Ervil Swinney III, 53, of Clemson was arrested – alongside 22-year-old Carson Alexander Radlein – after he allegedly distributed sexual abuse material, this according to South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson.

WCIV News 4 in Charleston, Henry Swinney was arrested on April 23 and charged with one count of 2nd degree sexual exploitation of a minor. It is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
