At 44-38, the Cleveland Cavaliers have been one of the feel-good stories of the 2021-22 NBA season. If they added Bradley Beal this offseason, it’s hard to put a ceiling on this group’s potential.

Much of their growth can be attributed to their jumbo-sized frontcourt. With a starting trio of Jarrett Allen, Evan Mobley, and Lauri Markkanen, the Cavs bucked league-wide trends in 2021-22. With most teams snubbing even dual big lineups, the Cavs fielded a triple tower lineup.

They could probably still use better guards. Darius Garland leaped bonafide star this season, but he could have used some help. Granted, Collin Sexton was injured through most of the year, but his fit with Garland was already under scrutiny.

If the Cavs are looking to upgrade their backcourt, Bradley Beal is poised to be the best guard in the trade market.

If he enters it, that is. Beal has publically sworn allegiance to the Washington Wizards on multiple occasions. The organization has returned the favor.

Still, life happens fast in the National Basketball Association. With so many outsiders seeing room for separation between this pairing, either party may have a change of heart.

Here are 2 trade packages that send Bradley Beal to the Cleveland Cavaliers in that event.

Washington Wizards Receive: F/C Kevin Love, F Lamar Stevens, 2024 First-Round Pick (CLE), 2026 First-Round Pick (CLE), 2028 First-Round Pick (CLE)

Cleveland Cavaliers Receive: G Bradley Beal

This deal sees the Washington Wizards taking a stick of dynamite to their present plans.
