South Dakota State guard Baylor Scheierman announced Thursday via his Twitter account that he’s declaring himself eligible for the 2022 NBA Draft, while maintaining his college eligibility.
Scheierman has played three years at SDSU, but due to the COVID-19 year, is still classified as a sophomore, meaning he has two years of eligibility left.
The early entry withdrawal deadline for underclassmen wishing to maintain their draft eligibility is June 1.
