Skyy Clark, a five-star point guard who signed with Kentucky in November, announced Sunday that he is asking for his release from the school and will reopen his recruitment. The Montverde (Florida) star is ranked as the No. 5 point guard and No. 27 overall prospect in the 247Sports Composite.
Clark initially committed to Kentucky in October 2020. With him reopening his recruitment, he becomes the second-ranked uncommitted prospect left, behind Duncanville (Texas) point guard Anthony Black.
