Oklahoma governor Kevin Stitt really tried to score some easy points with Sooners fans during his annual State of the State address on Monday by taking a poor attempted shot at former OU head coach Lincoln Riley.

Stitt pointed out that a number of people moved from the West Coast to Oklahoma during the pandemic, which prompted his next comment.
