There hasn’t been too much news on the Ben Simmons trade front of late with the Philadelphia 76ers still in the midst of a prolonged standoff with their want-away star. At this point, however, the Houston Rockets have emerged as the latest team to be linked to Simmons’ looming exit from the Sixers.

Simmons, however, is not expected to land in Houston. According to NBA insider Brian Windhorst of ESPN, the Rockets could be involved as a third (or even fourth) team in a potential multi-team blockbuster trade.
