Former UCF QB Dillon Gabriel announced Thursday that he will be transferring to UCLA for the 2022 season. Gabriel, a three-year starter for the Knights, missed the final nine regular-season games in 2021 after breaking his clavicle against Louisville on Sept. 17.

Gabriel took over as starter in the second game of his true freshman season at UCF in 2019 and didn't relinquish the job until he suffered the season-ending injury in the third game of the year this fall.
