Quinn Ewers is leaving Ohio State before ever throwing a pass.

According to a report by Yahoo Sports’ Pete Thamel, Ewers informed Ohio State on Friday that he is entering the transfer portal.

An Ohio State spokesperson said he could not confirm the report when contacted by Eleven Warriors.

Per Thamel’s report, Ewers is expected to consider Texas, Texas A&M and Texas Tech as potential destinations.
