Georgia, Alabama, Oregon and Ohio State made up the field of four in the third week of the selection committee’s rankings, with Cincinnati, Michigan and Michigan State on the outside looking in at Nos. 5, 6 and 7, respectively.

No. 3 Oregon has a huge test this week as it travels to No. 23 Utah in a potential preview of the Pac-12 championship game. No. 4 Ohio State gets its toughest test of the Big Ten season as it hosts No. 7 Michigan State for the inside track in the conference title race.

Notre Dame, Oklahoma State and Wake Forest round out this week's top 10. Houston, at No. 24, makes its first appearance of the season.
