Eastern Michigan extended football coach Chris Creighton’s contract through 2025 on Thursday.

Creighton, 52, joined the Eagles before the 2014 season and has guided them to three bowl appearances. Before his arrival, Eastern Michigan had nine different full-time and interim coaches from 1992-2013.
