Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is "refusing" to answer phone calls for Harry Kane after rejecting Manchester City's £125 million offer for the striker, according to The Telegraph.

Levy reportedly values Kane at £150 million, so City will need to significantly improve their offer in order to change Levy's stance.

Kane is pushing for a move from Tottenham, and the Englishman believes Levy broke his promise of allowing him to leave the club this summer after an unsuccessful 2020-21 campaign. Levy has reportedly been disappointed in Kane for not reporting to the team this year.
