Williams is a 6-foot-2, 193-pounder from football factory Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California, who is the 11th-ranked wide receiver and seventh-ranked player in the state of California, according to the 247Sports Composite. He has compiled 73 catches for 997 yards and nine touchdowns through three high school seasons.
