Kansas City Chiefs offensive linemen had their stuffings stocked for Christmas thanks to part-time Santa Klaus/full-time quarterback Patrick Mahomes. All the Chiefs wide receivers got were some hilarious memes poking fun at them.
Mahomes got his O-line some awesome custom gifts as a thank-you for keeping him clean for most of the year. Mahomes has been sacked just 21 times across 14 games played this season — lower than a vast majority of his signal-calling peers.
There’s no official word yet on what exactly Mahomes got for his receiving corps. But fans on X had some fun imagining what Mahomes possibly got the Chiefs wideouts, presuming the value of the gifts were proportionate to on-field performance.

The Chiefs lead the NFL with 26 dropped passes entering Week 16’s contests. They have 7 different players with multiple drops this season. Three of them — Rashee Rice (8), Kadarius Toney (5), and Travis Kelce (5) — have at least 5 individually.
The butterfingers exhibited by Mahomes’ targets have led to evident frustration from Mahomes as recently as last week.
Until Chiefs receivers prove their mettle, they arguably deserve nothing more than a lump of coal for their season to date.
