NFL fans were saying the same thing during the Dallas Cowboys’ thrilling Thursday night game against the Seattle Seahawks: That quarterback Dak Prescott is the MVP.
Dallas’ superstar QB had another near-flawless outing on Thursday, completing 29 passes for 299 yards, three touchdowns and zero interceptions to go along with 23 rushing yards. Prescott threw the game-winning touchdown to Jake Ferguson with four and a half minutes remaining, and the defense held on for a tight 41-35 victory.
And in came the “Prescott for MVP” calls after the Cowboys” big win:
The Cowboys’ victory moved them to 9-3 on the year, officially clinching the franchise’s third straight winning season. If the Philadelphia Eagles fall to the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, Dallas will be one game out of first for the NFC East crown.
