Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers hasn’t shown any signs of slowing down, but his long-term in the future isn’t exactly as clear as fans would like it to be.

It’s well-known that the four-time MVP has considered retirement in the past. But in the offseason, he seemingly put retirement on long-term hold by signing a mammoth three-year extension worth $150 million.

But there’s an interesting rumor floating around the Twitter world which suggests that Rodgers will actually retire after this season, per sports journalist Michael Balko Jr.

Rodgers, who turns 39 in December, hasn’t given any indication that he’s indeed planning to call it quits after this season. His aforementioned $150 million extension greatly suggests that he isn’t ready to retire any time soon.
