Halak is tabbed for his first start after allowing 5 goals in 16 minutes against the New York Islanders Feb. 9. The veteran did appear in a relief role Feb. 19 (2 goals allowed in 35 minutes vs. Anaheim).

Daws is a 21-year-rookie who stopped 37-of-38 shots against the Pittsburgh Penguins Thursday for his second career victory across four starts and may get a chance to prove himself again Monday.
