This Saturday’s slate of college basketball games will see some huge matchups between potential NCAA Tournament teams. A lot of these games will also be key games in the conference races. Although the odds haven’t come out for the games yet, we’re going to give you our best guess on who the underdogs will be. Here are some games that we think will be of interest to the betting public. Let’s get right to it so you can bet against the NCAAB Odds.

Top Underdogs for Saturday’s College Basketball Matches

(6) Kentucky Wildcats @ (18) Arkansas Razorbacks

Eric Musselman has brought the Arkansas Razorbacks basketball program back to prominence. After the days of Nolan Richardson, the program took a downturn. The hiring of the charismatic Musselman has brought attention, fans, and winning back to Arkansas.

On Saturday, one of the nation’s loudest arenas, Bud Walton Arena, will host a raucous crowd, as John Calipari and his Kentucky Wildcats come to town. Kentucky is currently second in the SEC standings, while Arkansas is in third place.

We would not be surprised to see the Arkansas Razorbacks as a slight favorite in this one. Bud Walton Arena supplies a huge home-court advantage for Arkansas.

(4) Purdue Boilermakers @ Michigan State Spartans

After losing five of their last six and at risk of missing out on an NCAA Tournament berth, the Michigan State Spartans are in desperate need of a victory. They’ll be welcoming one of the best teams in the country to town, as Matt Painter’s Purdue Boilermakers travel to East Lansing.

Michigan State’s offense has struggled lately, and Purdue’s defense could be the reason that they don’t go as far as they’d like to go this season. However, Michigan State’s defense has also been suspect, and Purdue’s offense is the best in the country.

Michigan State will be a home underdog, but they really need the win. Purdue hasn’t been beating teams by a large margin as of late. We’ll see if the Spartans can take the Boilermakers to the brink.

(3) Auburn Tigers @ (17) Tennessee Volunteers

Bruce Pearl’s Auburn Tigers have exceeded expectations this season. Rick Barnes’s squad has had some ups and downs, but they look like a team that could make a long tournament run. Tennessee is one of the top defensive teams in the country, and they have a group that can make things hard for Auburn. We’ll see if they can slow down Jabari Smith Jr. and the high-flying Auburn offense.

Tennessee will probably be a slight dog in this one, even with the home-court advantage. We could see Tennessee upsetting Auburn. They already beat Kentucky at home, so why not beat Auburn as well?

(1) Gonzaga Bulldogs @ (23) St. Mary’s Gaels

While Gonzaga has looked nearly unbeatable over the past few weeks, St. Mary’s thinks that they have what it takes to knock Gonzaga off. Randy Bennett’s offense can be slow and methodical, and they will try to keep Gonzaga’s offense at bay. We’ll see if St. Mary’s can hang with Gonzaga or not.

Gonzaga will be favored, but it will be less than 10 points. We’re thinking somewhere in the four to six-point range.
