Kirk Cousins put together a baller performance on Thursday night, and he revived a very appropriate catch phrase to celebrate.
Cousins went 42/58 for 509 yards and 4 touchdowns while leading his Atlanta Falcons to a 36-30 overtime win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Ga. As he cleared off the field following the thrilling win, he gave a reporter a “you like that!”

That goes back to when Cousins played for Washington and was in a contract battle with the team. He was trying to prove his worth to the team and said that to a reporter as he headed into the locker room in 2015. That became Cousins’ catch phrase, and he brought it back for a deserved occasion.
Fans are falling back in love with Cousins, who seems to have hit his stride with the Falcons after five games.
