Alex Galchenyuk was arrested on July 9 on a number of different charges including private property hit and run, disorderly conduct, failure to obey, resisting arrest and threatening or intimidating, the Scottsdale Police Department confirmed in an email to Sportsnet Thursday.

The Scottsdale Police Department confirmed to Sportsnet that for the hit and run, "it was only property damage with no injuries."

The Athletic's Katie Strang was the first to report the news.

According to Strang, a jail official said Galchenyuk was booked into the city jail on the evening of July 9, then released the following day on his own recognizance.
