I've seen my fair share of poorly run franchises but the Commanders may take the cake as the worst run professional sports teams across the four major North American leagues.

They've been the laughing stock of the NFL for the better part of two decades and the end of the tunnel does not seem near.

If they do trade Chase Young (the second overall pick in the 2020 entry draft)  it would be a new low and set the team back a few years.

Either way, here are some intriguing landing spots for the young defensive end:

Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys have a history of investing in their defensive line, and adding a talent like Chase Young would significantly bolster their pass rush. With a strong offense led by Dak Prescott, the Cowboys may prioritize strengthening their defense to compete for a championship.

New York Giants

The Giants have shown a commitment to improving their defense in recent years, and adding Chase Young would further solidify their front line. Young's presence could complement their already talented defensive players, creating a formidable unit capable of disrupting opposing offenses.

San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers are known for their aggressive defensive style and strong pass rush. Adding Chase Young would provide them with another dynamic edge rusher to pair with players like Nick Bosa. Young's athleticism and disruptive ability could fit well within the 49ers' defensive scheme.

Indianapolis Colts

The Colts have a history of building strong defensive units, and adding Chase Young would be a significant step towards that goal. With their focus on building a balanced team, Young's presence would give them a game-changing pass rusher to anchor their defense and disrupt opposing offenses.
