The Chicago Bears and Arizona Cardinals hold the first and third overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, respectively. But those two potential franchise-changing selections may be available for the right price.

Since Chicago already has a young quarterback in Justin Fields, many believe they’ll end up trading the top selection to a QB-needy team. And the Cardinals, who have their own franchise quarterback in Kyler Murray, are reportedly open to dealing the No. 3 pick.

Speaking on “NFL Total Access”, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that Arizona GM Monti Ossenfort is “open for business” with the third overall selection. Rapoport also wouldn’t rule out the possibility of the top three picks being quarterbacks.
