Tyler Naquin has 12 doubles and Kyle Farmer also has 20 doubles and 49 RBIs while Joey Votto has 17 doubles with 8 home runs and 34 RBIs. Graham Ashcraft will get the start for the Reds in this one and is 4-2 with a 4.70 ERA and 40 strikeouts this season.

Miami is 3-7 in their last 10 games overall and 10-5 in their last 15 road games. Cincinnati is 4-2 in their last 6 games overall and 8-2 in their last 10 home games while the under is 4-1 in their last 5 games overall.

I get the case to be made for the Marlins here, as Ashcraft hasn’t been the sharpest in his last couple of home appearances, but the reality here is that the Marlins don’t score enough to make the Reds pay for those mistakes. Cincinnati came alive in Wednesday’s affair and I think the Reds close out the series with a win in Thursday’s finale. Give me the Reds in this one.
