Leonard Floyd hasn’t yet established himself as a premier pass rusher despite posting 20 sacks in his last two seasons combined, but playing alongside Aaron Donald has certainly helped his numbers. Floyd has worked hard to continue improving since joining the Rams in 2020, putting together the two best years of his career – by far.
Floyd looks ready for training camp and the season to start, continuing to work on his pass-rush moves this summer before practices begin. He shared a video on Instagram recently, which the Rams posted to Twitter, showing how quick his hands are in this pass-rush drill.
It’s not exactly like Donald’s knife workouts, but Floyd’s hands are insanely fast in this video.

Floyd revealed that he had offseason surgery on his ankle, an injury that lingered throughout the year. So even with as productive as he was in 2021, he could be even better this season now that he’s fully healthy.
