The Nashville Predators and the Buffalo Sabres meet in NHL action from the KeyBank Arena on Friday night.

The Nashville Predators will look to build on back-to-back wins after a 4-1 win over Ottawa last time out. Matt Duchene also has 68 points with 35 goals and 33 assists and Ryan Johansen has 49 points with 32 assists. Filip Forsberg’s also added 37 goals Alexandre Carrier has a team-high +25 plus/minus rating. Juuse Saros has seen the bulk of the action in goal for Nashville, going 33-20-3 with a 2.55 GAA and a .921 save percentage this season.

The Buffalo Sabres will look to bounce back from a 3-2 shootout loss at the hands of the Winnipeg Jets last time out. Nashville is 9-4 in their last 13 games overall and 18-8 in their last 26 games following a win while the over is 21-5 in their last 26 road games. Buffalo is 35-80 in their last 115 games overall and 15-45 in their last 60 games against a team with a winning record.

I get the case to be made either way in this one, but I’m looking at the over here. Both teams have been involved in high-scoring games as of late whether it’s by their own hand or not. I think this is another one of those games that could end up at 4-3 at the very least. Give me the over in this one.
