The Nashville Predators (37-23-4) visit Sin City to face the Vegas Golden Knights (34-28-4) Thursday at T-Mobile Arena. Puck drop is scheduled for 10 p.m. ET (ESPN+). Below, we look at the Predators vs. Golden Knights odds and lines, and make our expert NHL picks, predictions and bets.
The Preds have been clicking during the stretch run as they are winners of seven of their last 10. They have a sour taste in their mouth, though, as they fell at the Los Angeles Kings 6-1 Tuesday.
Blood thirsty, the Preds catch the Golden Knights at the right time as Vegas has won just two of its last nine contests. Vegas returns home after some sleepy performances in back-to-back shutout defeats. VGK lost 4-0 at Winnipeg Tuesday and 3-0 to Minnesota Monday.

Predators at Golden Knights projected goalies
Juuse Saros (31-19-3, 2.48 GAA, .922 SV%, 3 SO) vs. Logan Thompson (3-4-0, 3.00 GAA, .910 SV%)
The All-Star Saros has been solid in March with a 6-3-0 record, a 2.58 GAA and a .915 SV%. He is 1-1 with a 3.01 GAA and a .922 SV% against the Golden Knights this season. Nashville won 3-2 in Vegas Jan. 4 as Saros stopped 41 of 43 shots.
Thompson continues to get the nod in net as Robin Lehner and Laurent Brossoit ae out with injuries. Thompson, who will be making a fifth consecutive start, is 2-2 in his last four games and 2-3 with a 3.34 GAA and .901 SV% in March. He was on the losing end of that 3-2 setback to the Preds in early January, allowing 23 goals on 26 shots.

Predators at Golden Knights odds, lines, picks and predictions
Prediction
Predators 4, Golden Knights 2
Money line
The road team is 5-0 in the last five meetings between these two teams, and the Preds boast the ninth-best offense in the league with 3.3 goals per game. Going against a backup goalie, and with a solid 18-12-2-2 record on the road this season, BACK THE PREDATORS (-110).
Against the spread
The Preds are one of the better teams against the puck line with a 37-27 record and a 22-12 mark on the road. Six of their last seven wins have been by 2 or more goals. Nashville has also played a sharper tune the last 10 with an astounding 4.5 goals per game during the stretch.
Take the value with the PREDATORS -1.5 (+205).
Over/Under
As previously mentioned, the Preds are scoring a ton of goals. However, they were cooled by the Kings 6-1 Tuesday, and Vegas hasn’t scored a goal in its last two games.
We’re projecting 6 goals in this game, but the Over 5.5 (-140) has too much juice drowning the payout.
We’ll PASS, but if you can jump on an Over 4.5 after the puck drops, that’s the desired route to the bank.
