Burrow lead the Bengals to a dramatic 27-24 win over the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2022 AFC Championship Game, which included a notable 21-3 comeback. Burrow led the way with a pair of passing touchdowns and the game-winning drive in the overtime period that was culminated by a 31-yard field goal by Evan McPherson.
