The 2022 NFL Pro Bowl rosters are set and, as always, there are some notable omissions from the squads that have people up in arms. While not every good player can make the Pro Bowl because of the limited spots, there are still some deserving players who deserve to be more than an alternate. So, who are those players? Lucky for you, we broke down the biggest 2022 NFL Pro Bowl snubs and ranked them from ten to one.

The Ten Biggest 2022 NFL Pro Bowl Snubs

10. Jeffery Simmons | DT | Tennessee Titans

2021 stats: 38 solo tackles, 7.5 sacks

Should have been chosen over: DeForest Buckner — 32 solo tackles, 6.5 sacks

We start with the least egregious of all of the 2022 NFL Pro Bowl snubs, as this one was close statistically. We gave the edge to Simmons not only because of the extra sack, but because his run defense has been superior.

9. Roquon Smith | LB | Chicago Bears

2021 stats: 81 solo tackles, three sacks, one interception, one touchdown

Should have been chosen over: Bobby Wagner — 88 solo tackles, one sack, one interception, zero touchdowns.

Wagner got the nod here because he is a veteran and had a year that not many expected him to have but putting him on instead of Smith is downright criminal. Not only did Smith affect the passer much more than Wagner did as a Blitzer, but he is also the superior player in coverage.
