We are off to a strong start to Week 3, having cashed the Detroit Lions -1 in their dominant Thursday Night Football victory over the Green Bay Packers to continue our incredible ATS run at the beginning of this 2023 NFL season. For this article, however, we are taking off our own expert hat and putting our faith in the people. We’re riding with Pickswise Nation in the form of The People’s Parlay!

What is the People’s Parlay, you ask? It is comprised of 5 picks chosen by you, the Pickswise Nation, through our brand-new feature Call It. Call It lets our users pick which NFL team they’re riding on the spread for every single game. And given it can sometimes pay to follow the public money, we’re combining the 5 hottest teams into one mega parlay at huge +2355 odds!

Below you can find 5 of the most-supported NFL teams from Pickswise’s Call It tool, along with the percentage of users that had picked them at the time of publishing. Let’s break down The People’s Parlay for Week 4 of the NFL season.

Bengals -2.5 (-118)

Vikings -4.5 (-110)

Steelers -3 (-108)

Chargers -5 (-110)

Chiefs -9 (-112)

NFL Parlay odds: +2355

As you can see, the teams in this parlay are all favorites against the spread. That is nothing new when it comes to the public’s preference. Can all of them win and cover? Let’s break them down and the percentage of people that voted in that direction.

Cincinnati Bengals -2.5 over Tennessee Titans (-118)

Joe Burrow and company have not quite hit their stride in 2023, but they are at least coming off a Monday Night Football win over the Los Angeles Rams. A total of 82% of Call It votes are going in favor of the Bengals in Sunday’s matchup with the Titans.

Minnesota Vikings -4.5 over Carolina Panthers (-110)

83% of Pickswise users selected Minnesota with Call It

Data correct at time of publishing on Saturday, September 30 at 12:00 pm ET.

On paper, this game is a dreadful one, as both Minnesota and Carolina are 0-3. So why not spice it up a bit by making a play on this NFC matchup? The public seems inclined to do so, as 83% of Call It voters have thrown their ATS support toward the Vikings.

Pittsburgh Steelers -3 over Houston Texans (-108)

77% of Pickswise users selected Pittsburgh with Call It

Data correct at time of publishing on Saturday, September 30 at 12:00 pm ET.

This is a case of the public going against the Pickswise experts. We are backing Houston to cover the spread as a small underdog, but the public likes Pittsburgh. The Steelers are part of a 3-way tie atop the AFC South at 3-1 and they are currently getting 77% of the votes.

Los Angeles Chargers -5 over Las Vegas Raiders (-110)

78% of Pickswise users selected Los Angeles with Call It

Data correct at time of publishing on Saturday, September 30 at 12:00 pm ET.

Well, someone has to win this game. The Chargers could very easily be 0-3, but head coach Brandon Staley was let off the hook by the Vikings last weekend. Also sitting at 1-2 are the Raiders, although their predicament seems even worse with all kinds of issues on and off the field. Not too surprisingly, the public loves L.A.

Kansas City Chiefs -9 over New York Jets (-112)

84% of Pickswise users selected Kansas City with Call It

Data correct at time of publishing on Saturday, September 30 at 12:00 pm ET.

The Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift effect will make this the most-watched game of the week — plus its a primetime game, anyway. It could be game that gets the most betting handle, too, given how much confidence the public has in Kelce and Kansas City. Right now, 84% of the Call It votes are going in favor of the Chiefs.
