Sean Payton has said he'd be open to joining any of the teams with a head coaching vacancy in the NFL this season, but he's got a concern about the Denver Broncos after recently interviewing with the team.

Though Payton likes the idea of coaching quarterback Russell Wilson and having Denver's solid defense, he fears a potential power struggle with a member of the Broncos' ownership group, a source told Mark Maske of The Washington Post.

The Walton-Penner family acquired the Broncos for a record $4.65 billion from the Pat Bowlen Trust last June.
