Tennessee fans on Saturday drew the ire of online spectators for a three-word chant they used to make fun of a Kentucky player.
Kentucky led Tennessee 7-0 with five minutes left in the second quarter at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, Tenn. The Volunteers were facing 3rd-and-goal at the Wildcats’ one-yard line when a Kentucky player got hurt and remained on the field.
Several members of Kentucky’s medical staff tended to the player for what appeared to be a leg injury. Vol Nation was not happy about the player delaying Tennessee’s golden opportunity to score a touchdown. The crowd began to chant while the Wildcats player was being attended to.
“He’s a p—y! He’s a p—y!” the crowd chanted in unison.
