• Shut down the Reds offense in his last outing, holding them to 2 runs in 6 1/3 IP while striking out 7.

Run line/Against the spread

Each of Cincinnati’s last 11 losses have been by multiple runs, and that is likely to be the case again Tuesday. The San Diego bats should again do some damage against Sanmartin and put this game away early. The best bet on the board is PADRES -1.5 (-103).

Over/Under

The Padres will score their fair share of runs in this one, but Musgrove is capable of completely shutting down a soft Cincinnati lineup. This one could go either way and it’s probably best to PASS and just load up on the run line.
