Former Indiana Pacers standout Victor Oladipo is determined to make a return to the NBA. After last playing during the 2023 postseason with the Miami Heat, Oladipo has been sidelined for nearly two years due to injuries. Despite this hiatus, the two-time All-Star remains optimistic about resuming his professional basketball career.
In a recent episode of his podcast, “The Inner Court,” Oladipo shared his aspirations:
“I truly believe there’s a bunch of people who want to see me play… I think people around the world want to watch me, and they want to see me healthy and… be successful, and win.”
At 32, Oladipo believes he still has much to offer on the court. During his tenure with the Heat, he embraced a role player position, averaging 10.7 points over 26.3 minutes per game in his final season. As he focuses on recovery, Oladipo is hopeful for an opportunity to contribute to an NBA team once more.
