The San Jose Sharks might be one of the worst teams in the NHL. However, it must be noted they have the best (yes, the best) stats when it comes to the PK line with an overall record sitting at 22-15.
When playing at home San Jose has gone 13-8 ATS. What makes their record even more impressive is the fact that they have been underdogs for all of those games.
Yes, the Las Vegas Golden Knights have a strong ATS record themselves, but it’s hard to go against the Sharks on home ice at these current odds on the PK line.
The Pick
The Sharks are as high as +130 to cover the +1.5 spread on home ice and a very solid -135 when looking at the +2.0 line. We like the fact San Jose has gone 2-0 in their last two home games against solid opponents in Tampa Bay and New Jersey.
The Knights are 4-0 ATS in their previous four trips to the SAP Center, so let’s hope that streak ends tonight. However, the best part is San Jose can lose by one goal and we will still cash a plus-money bet. It’s a no-brainer.
