Picks Summary

Denver Broncos vs. Cincinnati Bengals

Saturday, December 28, 2024 – 04:30 PM ET at Paycor Stadium

The AI Model believes the Broncos and Bengals will combine for 48 points. However, the total is set at 50. According to the model, the under is the play.

The Denver Defense Is Very Good

The Denver Broncos have only allowed 18.73 points per game this season. Denver has also allowed just 219.80 yards in the air and 99.8 yards on the ground per game.

While the Broncos allowed the Chargers 34 points last week, Denver has held three of its last five opponents to no more than 19 points.

Of course, Joe Burrow is playing out of his mind, and the Bengals’ offense has scored 28.50 points per game. But if Denver can just limit the Bengals to slightly below average, the Broncos should be able to escape without allowing the Bengals too many points.

After all, the Bengals have earned just 91.07 yards on the ground and are mainly pass-first offense. The Denver secondary is as elite as it gets.

The Bengals’ Defense Is Coming Around

Cincinnati is still technically in the playoff hunt. They’ll need a lot to get their way, but at 7-8, they are still in it.

That said, the defense stepped up last week with a 24-6 win over the Cleveland Browns. They dominated against a struggling Dorian Thompson-Robinson.

This week, they’ll get Bo Nix. While Nix is a legitimate talent, he’s still a rookie who has made some poor decisions throughout his season. Just a couple of weeks ago, he had three interceptions.

Cincinnati’s defense can step up.

The Pick

Ride the Under 50 in this Saturday game.

Indianapolis Colts vs. New York Giants

Saturday, December 29, 2024 – 01:00 PM ET at MetLife Stadium

The AI Model likes the Colts to add a 24-13 win over the Giants on the road. That would easily cover a 7.5-point spread. Consider the Colts for the 7.5 number.

Will The Giants Complete The Tank?

The New York Giants are currently the worst team in the NFL. But that also means they’re in line to select No. 1 overall in the NFL Draft.

This would allow the Giants to add a quarterback to rebuild. Ultimately, the Giants understand the assignment. They haven’t won at home all year and aren’t going to start now.

The Colts Have Playoffs On Their Mind

Unlike the Giants, the Colts are playing for a playoff spot. At 7-8, there’s no guarantee the Colts will make it. But a win against the Giants will give them a better opportunity.

After scoring 38 points against Tennessee, it’s hard to imagine the Colts struggling against the Giants’ defense. After all, New York has been poor in coverage and has missed a bunch of tackles throughout the season.

The Pick

Take the Colts at -7.5.

Carolina Panthers vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Sunday, December 29, 2024 – 01:00 PM ET at Raymond James Stadium

Our AI Model suggests Carolina and Tampa Bay will combine for 51 points. However, with the total only at 50, the over in this game is the likely outcome.

Carolina’s Offense Is Clicking!

With 36 points last week against the Cardinals, the Carolina Panthers are cooking on offense. Although Carolina is only 4-11 on the season, they’ve been involved in a bunch of close games behind Bryce Young. He was benched earlier in the season for Dalton. But after some time off, he was given another opportunity and hasn’t looked back.

Ultimately, Tampa Bay has allowed more than 23 points per game, including over 247 yards in the air. Young should have success throwing the football yet again.

Tampa Bay Will Have No Problem Scoring, Either

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have totaled nearly 29 points per game. Baker Mayfield has been one of the NFL’s best quarterbacks, leading them to an 8-7 record.

Last week’s loss to the Cowboys will absolutely hurt. But the Bucs still added 24 points in that loss and have scored at least 23 points in each of the last five games in regulation.

Carolina has given up almost 30 points per game and has allowed 173 yards on the ground per game. Look for the Tampa Bay running backs to earn some big yards down the field.

The Pick

Back the Over 50 in this game.
