San Francisco 49ers defensive end Randy Gregory was throwing up on the sideline during Monday night’s fixture vs. the Baltimore Ravens.

There was some worry among fans after Gregory was added to the Niners’ injury report on Sunday due to an illness, but he ended up soldiering through it to make the lineup for ‘MNF’.

He clearly wasn’t 100 percent, though, as he was shown puking his guts into a bin.

Meanwhile, the Niners are having a difficult game against Baltimore, with Brock Purdy throwing a shocking four interceptions. The Ravens were leading 30-12 at the time of writing.
