Good morning, Pickswise Nation, and welcome to another magical Monday of sports. We have Monday Night Football and two huge MLB playoff games today, plus NHL and soccer action. Let’s get straight to making your next bet better.

About Last Night

  • We cashed a pair of huge NFL Same Game Parlays with our picks at +1596 for the Lions vs Ravens game and +1683 on the Patriots vs Bills matchup. We were also 5-2 with our anytime TD scorer picks including +450 Josh Dobbs, +250 Kareem Hunt and +240 Dallas Goedert, taking our record for Week 7 to 7-2!
  • The Chiefs are the favorites for the Super Bowl at +450 odds with FanDuel Sportsbook after a 31-17 win over the Chargers, with the 49ers, who play the Vikings tonight, at +460. The Eagles beat the Dolphins by the same score on Sunday Night Football and are +650 for the Super Bowl.
  • We went 2-0 on Game 6 of the ALCS as the Texas Rangers won 9-2 in Houston to force a Game 7 tonight. We also cashed our MLB prop pick on the game, taking our incredible run to 19-4, and also hit on our YRFI/NRFI Best Bet.
  • In the NHL, the Red Wings reached 5-1-0 with a 6-2 win over the Flames while the Bruins stayed unbeaten at 5-0-0 by beating the Ducks 3-1.

  • We will also have MLB picks for today’s playoff games as the Diamondbacks visit the Phillies for their Game 6 at 5:07 pm ET on TBS before the Astros host the Rangers at 8:03 pm ET on FOX.
  • There’s just one NHL game today but we have NHL predictions for the Canadiens vs Sabres matchup on NHL Network at 7:00 pm ET.
  • We also have the final EPL game of the weekend slate, so check out our soccer picks for Tottenham vs Fulham at 3:00 pm ET.

Best Bet of the Day

NHL: Buffalo Sabres 3-way ML over Montreal Canadiens (-120, BetMGM)
7:00 pm ET, NHL Network

The Sabres are seeking their second consecutive victory after a solid 3-1 win on Saturday against the New York Islanders. The Canadiens are undergoing a rebuild and they are a young team with a bright future. However, as it stands, they are not great. Their poor defensive play has been exposed early on and they are allowing 3.50 goals per game. They are the most-penalized team in the NHL and that will not serve them well against a potent Sabres powerplay. The Sabres are strong on home ice, and should be able to pounce on this young Canadiens team early. Check out our full Canadiens vs Sabres predictions.
