Good morning, Pickswise Nation, and welcome to another fantastic Friday of sports. We have a busy MLB slate to enjoy today, plus college football action, so let’s get straight to making your next bet better.

About Last Night

2-0 night for Pickswise on TNF!
The San Francisco 49ers moved to 3-0 with a comfortable 30-12 home win over the New York Giants on Thursday Night Football and it was a 2-0 night for Pickswise too as we cashed our picks of 49ers -10 and under 44.5, taking our record to 6-1-1 against the spread in primetime NFL games this season! The 49ers are +650 favorites for the Super Bowl at DraftKings Sportsbook now. FanDuel has them at the same price but behind the Chiefs (+550).

8-3 day of MLB picks
It wasn’t the biggest slate of games on Thursday, but our cappers certainly made it work for them with an 8-3 overall record to take our performance over the past 4 days to 35-15! On top of that, we cashed our MLB parlay for the 2nd day in a row at +408 odds. Our insane MLB props run continued with our 10th straight winning pick and making it 23 wins in our last 28 prop plays!

Best Bet of the Day

MLB: Arizona Diamondbacks ML over New York Yankees (+108)
7:05 pm ET

Arizona heads to the Bronx on Friday night. The Yankees are out of the playoffs and just running out the clock at this point. The Diamondbacks, on the other hand, have climbed up into the wild-card standings and look a great bet at plus-money. They have rookie Brandon Pfaadt on the mound, but he did spin 5.1 innings of scoreless baseball against the Cubs last time out. Luke Weaver going for the Yankees and he has bounced around from team to team because he isn’t effective any more. If Pfaadt can hold his own for a few innings, Arizona should be able to control this one.

Stat of the Day

The Cubs have lost 7 of their last 8 games, and 10 of their last 13.

Quote of the Day

“I got you 7! No more need to be said!”

Cowboys defensive star Micah Parsons reassured cornerback Trevon Diggs that he will take care of business while Diggs recovers from a season-ending knee injury.
