The Suns thought they had it all figured it.

They thought they would add Kevin Durant to an already formidable roster and just waltz through the NBA playoffs on route to a Championship.

It did not play out the way they hoped and now the Suns find themselves with more questions than answers after waiting Chris Paul.

Here are four logical landing spots for Chris Paul next season:

Los Angeles Lakers

The Lakers are a perennial contender, and adding Chris Paul to their roster would provide them with a veteran floor general to complement LeBron James and Anthony Davis.

New York Knicks

The Knicks made the second round of the playoffs for the first time since for 2013 and adding Chris Paul could solidify their backcourt with Jalen Brunson and provide leadership for their young players.

Philadelphia 76ers

Depending on the development of the situation with James Harden, the 76ers could benefit from a veteran playmaker like Chris Paul to support Joel Embiid and provide stability to their offense.

Golden State Warriors

Although the Warriors already have a star-studded backcourt with Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, Chris Paul's experience and basketball IQ would elevate their team and potentially improve their chances of winning another championship.
