About Last Night

Horned Frogs at mercy of CFP committee
The announcement of the college football playoff semifinal lineup this afternoon will be huge after #3 TCU lost in overtime to Kansas State on Saturday. The Horned Frogs’ loss is set to see Ohio State joining Georgia and Michigan in the top 4, but there are fears that TCU could now be overlooked. Alabama has odds of +800 at FanDuel Sportsbook to be given a semifinal place and -1200 to miss out. Caleb Wilfinger went 3-0 with his CFB Best Bets article for the second straight week at +822 odds! FanDuel now has Georgia at -1400 odds for the National Championship, with Michigan at +270, Ohio State +360 and TCU at +1600.

NBA parlay cashes at +649 odds
Our Saturday NBA parlay cashed at +649 odds as we went 5-2 on spread and ML picks and both our 3-star plays of Mavericks -1.5 and Kings ML won.

NHL parlay also hits at +420
We also cashed our Saturday NHL parlay thanks to the Golden Knights, Oilers and Hurricanes winning their games, while a 2-0 day on NHL player props took Mark Lammey’s record to 5-1 over the last 3 days!

USMNT bows out of World Cup
The USMNT is out of the soccer World Cup after a 3-1 loss against the Netherlands in the first round-of-16 game. Argentina won the day’s other game, 2-1 against Australia, cashing our pick of Julian Alvarez to score at any time at +145 odds.

Today’s Slate

Great set of matchups in NFL Week 13
A great Sunday of NFL Week 13 action is in prospect with some top matchups including a rematch of last year’s AFC Championship game between the Chiefs and Bengals at 4:25pm ET and Dolphins vs 49ers at 4:05pm ET. The Colts take on the Cowboys on Sunday Night Football at 8:20 pm ET on NBC.

France and England in action at the World Cup
There are 2 more World Cup round-of-16 games today with France vs Poland at 10:00am ET and England vs Senegal at 2:00pm ET.

8-game slate in the NBA
Today’s 8-game NBA slate includes Pacers vs Trail Blazers on NBA TV at 9:00 pm ET.

5 NHL matchups today
It’s a quieter day in the NHL with 5 games but NHL Network is showing Wild vs Stars at 3:00pm ET and Blackhawks vs Islanders at 7:30pm ET.

College basketball action
There’s some great college hoops action today, including Michigan vs Kentucky on ABC at 1:00pm ET and Oregon vs UCLA on ESPN at 5:00pm ET.

Best Bet of the Day

NFL: Kansas City Chiefs -2.5 over Cincinnati Bengals
4:25 pm ET, CBS

Patrick Mahomes versus Joe Burrow has everyone’s attention and this being a rematch of last year’s AFC Championship game fuels the fires of excitement. Cincinnati has been dealing with injuries in its secondary and has allowed an average of 231.3 passing yards over the last 3 games, close to 30 yards per game higher than their season-long average. With Isiah Pacheco now leading the Chiefs backfield and having Smith-Schuster, Travis Kelce, Marquez Valdes-Scantling and a developing Skyy Moore available, they should be able to not just keep pace with the Bengals, but best them and avenge last season’s loss.
