The Los Angeles Lakers have found a bit of a rhythm after getting off to a poor start to the 2022-23 NBA season. They have won two consecutive games after starting 0-5 overall.
They still need to be fixed. Most fans would have them fixing them by moving Russell Westbrook and some draft capital in exchange for veterans who fit their needs.
However, Westbrook is now finding some success as a member of the bench unit where can operate with the basketball more in his hands.
There is still a need for the Lakers to add more wings that can play at an NBA level in order to bolster the supporting cast around LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
The longer Jae Crowder is sitting on the Phoenix Suns’ inactive list, the more pointless it is for the Suns to hold onto him. The Lakers could be a logical trade partner.
For example, here’s a deal that has them landing Jae Crowder of the Phoenix Suns.
Phoenix Suns receive: G Kendrick Nunn, C Damian Jones, G/F Troy Brown Jr.
Los Angeles Lakers receive: F Jae Crowder
