Aaron Donald puts in more work in the weight room than maybe any player in the NFL. The Rock is cut from the same cloth, whether he was training during his football playing days or as a pro wrestler.

So it was only natural that these two icons came together for one insane workout at the Rams’ facility. But before hitting the weights, Donald and The Rock chopped it up outside and talked about how both of their fathers inspired them to not only lift and get stronger, but to work as hard as they do today.

The Rock shared a video of his workout with Donald in Thousand Oaks, as well as some of their conversation. Donald even let him put on his Super Bowl ring and hold the Lombardi Trophy, which had The Rock smiling from ear to ear.

“Bad day to be a weight” is right.
